On October 7th, war broke out, and the entire cybersecurity industry in Israel came together to support the national war effort. This is how the ILC4 initiative was born.
The goal of this initiative was to assist victims of the attack—many of whom had their personal devices (phones, laptops, tablets) stolen by terrorists. These devices often contained sensitive personal information, which was subsequently used to hijack accounts and steal identities.
The assistance provided ranged from recovering hijacked accounts (including social media, banking, and email) to securing personal information, financial data, photos, locating lost or stolen devices, and more.
The original founders of the initiative were Mr. Gadi Evron and Mr. Guy Dagan. In the critical early days, they needed to rapidly assemble and organize volunteer teams—and that’s where I came in.
I took on the responsibility of managing, structuring, and organizing the initiative using all available technology and tools, enabling the efficient coordination of efforts across multiple teams.
